Cancellation Policy
This policy is in accordance with your individual client agreement. Please reference your specific agreement for specific dates and service timing information.
What is our cancellation policy for monthly billing subscriptions?
If for any reason the client would want to cancel services, they must notify Linx 72 business hours before the next payment goes through (every 30 days). This cancelation notice must be submitted in writing over email to support@growwithlinx.com. Upon any cancellation, the client agrees to pay Linx any outstanding balance owed for services provided prior to notice of cancellation. In addition, you must complete the Linx Feedback form to help us create a better experience for our future partners.
What is our cancellation policy for quarterly billing subscriptions?
After the duration of the initial quarterly program, you agree to let us charge your card monthly unless you notify us in writing 72 business hours prior to the end of your initial program that you would like to cancel.
